This document sets out all the terms for using the te99 platform. Please read the full terms carefully before opening an account.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games and promotional offers on the te99 platform. By using this platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to register on and use the te99 platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. te99 may request proof of age at the time of registration or at any later stage.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person to create multiple accounts. If it is found that one person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts and associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true and accurate. te99 reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is provided.
2.4 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Disclosing your login details to any third party is prohibited. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify te99 support immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
To deposit funds into your te99 account you must use a verified payment method. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
- Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact the support team.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. te99 reserves the right to verify identity before a withdrawal is completed.
3.3 Circumstances for Withdrawal Cancellation
te99 may reject or suspend a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:
- If identity verification has not been completed.
- In the case of suspicious transactions.
- If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
- If multiple accounts are detected.
3.4 Currency and Conversion
te99 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in any other currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.
Bonus, Promotion and Reward Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus funds.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds may only be used on games approved by te99.
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
4.3 Promotional Offers
te99 may provide various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions which are detailed on the offer page. te99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
4.4 VIP Program
te99's VIP program has three levels:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.5%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.8%.
Members can advance to higher VIP levels through regular activity and active participation on the platform.
Responsible Gaming Policy
5.1 Limits Policy
te99 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We provide users with the facility to set deposit limits, betting limits and session time limits. By using these limits you can keep your gaming activity under control.
5.2 Self-Exclusion

5.3 Protection of Minors

Prohibited Activities and Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the te99 platform:
6.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Any form of manipulation, fraud or hacking.
- Use of software bots or automated systems.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in games.
- Attempting to win through dishonest means in collusion with other members.
6.2 Financial Irregularities
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
- Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Using third-party payment methods.
6.3 Other Prohibited Conduct
- Harassing other members or using offensive language.
- Using a false identity or forged documents.
- Unauthorised copying or distribution of any part of the platform.
If any of the above activities are detected, te99 will immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance.
Intellectual Property and Ownership Rights
7.1 Ownership of Content
All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property on the te99 platform are solely owned by te99. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
7.2 Licence Restrictions
Although a limited licence is granted for personal, non-commercial use, this licence is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy
10.1 Closure by te99
te99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Legal instruction or order from a regulatory authority.
10.2 Closure by Member
You may apply to close your account at any time. Before applying to close your account, all bonus wagering requirements must be met and the balance must be withdrawn.
10.3 Balance Management
In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy. However, if the account is closed due to fraudulent activity, all balances will be forfeited.

12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and the privacy policy together form the entire agreement between te99 and the member. If any provision of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
